The SE.1X Programmable Power Platform delivers up to 576 W of power with unmatched resolution—making it ideal for precision testing and for loads under dynamic, real-world conditions. Unlike conventional supplies, it automatically adjusts voltage and current to maintain consistent power output, even as loads change. With built-in sourcing, measurement, data logging, and real-time waveform control, the SE.1X is a multi-functional testing device from start to finish. This all-in-one, modular platform streamlines setup, reduces training time, and lowers capital costs—empowering labs to do more.

Range Independent Resolution

Unlike typical sourcing units where the resolution or accuracy increases with the output level, the SE.1X hosts a fixed resolution and accuracy that is range-independent of the output level.

Stability, Noise and Ripple

The power platform offers stable constant current, voltage, and power over a wide operating range. Variations are less than 0.2 ppt in the current source and peak-to-peak voltage noise is less than 2 mV in the voltage source.

Models

Constant Power

In the constant power (CP) operating mode, the SE.1X platform maintains a constant output of power over changing load conditions. The SE.1X platform uses a novel hybrid approach (with no pulse width modulation) that allows a conversion time of less than 1 ms.

 

The SE platform can source power from 1 mW to 576 W with a 1 mW fixed source resolution and 1 µW fixed source accuracy. Featured with a digital control system, the device can provide load regulation of less than 0.2 mW. The four-wire measurement modality compensates for any voltage drop across the wires, ensuring stable and precise power delivery to the load.

Create customized tests without any coding or complex steps. You can use our pre-defined waveforms or import your own onto the SE Companion.

With the Waveform Generator, you can minimize setup and testing times to focus more on what matters. 

Waveform Reader

Log measurements directly with the SE Companion and export them as a CSV file to begin data analysis immediately. The Waveform Reader interface allows you to customize your viewing experience by manipulating axes, chart sizes, and charting custom functions.
