Unlike typical sourcing units where the resolution or accuracy increases with the output level, the SE.1X hosts a fixed resolution and accuracy that is range-independent of the output level.
Stability, Noise and Ripple
The power platform offers stable constant current, voltage, and power over a wide operating range. Variations are less than 0.2 ppt in the current source and peak-to-peak voltage noise is less than 2 mV in the voltage source.
Models
Constant Power
In Constant Power (CP) mode, the SE.1X holds your power level steady as load conditions shift, giving you cleaner data, fewer retests, and the ability to run tests that aren’t possible with traditional CV or CC supplies. With applications in thermal characterization, battery profiling, material response studies, and more, constant power delivery opens new ways to observe behavior and extract deeper insights.
Its hybrid architecture responds in under 1 ms to maintain accuracy during rapid transitions. And with 1 mW resolution, 1 µW accuracy, and a wide 1 mW–576 W range, you get precise control across all power levels. Four-wire sensing and sub-0.2 mW regulation ensure the power delivered at your device is exactly what you set—improving reproducibility and expanding what you can measure, characterize, and understand.

Waveform Generator
Create customized tests without any coding or complex steps. You can use our pre-defined waveforms or import your own onto the SE Companion.

With the Waveform Generator, you can minimize setup and testing times to focus more on what matters.
Waveform Reader
Log measurements directly with the SE Companion and export them as a CSV file to begin data analysis immediately. The Waveform Reader interface allows you to customize your viewing experience by manipulating axes, chart sizes, and charting custom functions.
